By using globalastroscience.com (including GEMSSROTE and our online puja services) or creating an account, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and, for products, the GEMSSROTE Returns & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase.
• Please give accurate details — especially birth details and contact information, as our services depend on them.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us immediately if you suspect misuse.
• We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform, harass astrologers or staff, or attempt fraud.

• Consultations are booked for a specific time with a specific astrologer. A booking becomes confirmed once the astrologer accepts it.
• Online puja is performed by our pandits on the scheduled date according to the package you choose.
• Reports are prepared from the birth details you provide.
• Free tools (Kundli, Kundli matching, Panchang) are provided for general guidance, free of charge and "as is".

Astrologers on our platform are independent practitioners. Their views and advice are their own; we select them carefully but do not guarantee any particular interpretation.

Astrology, puja, gemstones and other spiritual remedies are based on traditional belief. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and no specific result is guaranteed. Please read our Disclaimer.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). The total, including any delivery or other charges, is shown before you pay.
• Prices are decided by us and may change, but the price shown when you book or order is the price you pay.
• Online payments are processed by a secure payment partner. A booking or order is treated as paid only after a successful payment is confirmed.
• GEMSSROTE orders can be paid by Cash on Delivery: you pay the order total to the courier when the parcel arrives, and the order is marked paid once we receive that amount. Please keep the exact amount ready.
• If a price was displayed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the booking or order and refund you in full.

Cancellations and refunds for services follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Returns and refunds for products follow the GEMSSROTE Returns & Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for anything unlawful, abusive, obscene or misleading.
• Record or publish consultations without the astrologer's consent.
• Contact astrologers to arrange paid services outside the platform.
• Post false reviews or reviews of products you have not used.
• Try to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the website or other accounts.

Text, designs, logos, images, reports and other content on the website belong to Global Astro Science or its licensors. Reports prepared for you are for your personal use. Please do not copy or republish our content without written permission.

We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a booking or order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for decisions you make based on astrological guidance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first at info@globalastroscience.com — most issues can be resolved quickly. Unresolved disputes will be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

We may update these Terms. The updated version applies from the date shown at the top of this page; bookings and orders already placed follow the Terms in force when they were made.
